Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that:

How to proceed a Return?

We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email.
While we don't offer free return shipping at this time, we do this to keep our product prices fair and transparent for everyone. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
